I have found time in prayer to be the pathway to blessings of peace and strong hope in God’s power and promises. These times of prayer spring forth from my time in God’s Word. I especially like praying God’s Word back to Him.

Biblical values are taught through consistent example, intentional conversations, storytelling, prayer, and pointing grandchildren to Scripture during real-life situations.

As we enter a new year, many Christian grandparents desire to be more than intentional—they long to be influential. While good intentions matter, lasting spiritual impact requires an eternal perspective.

As another year draws to a close, many of us find ourselves pausing to look back—remembering the blessings, acknowledging the challenges, and reflecting on the moments that shaped us.

So, at Christmas we celebrate that “God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.  For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.” (John 3:16-17)
